What the observatory may store
- Identity: name, email, verification state, and password credentials held by our auth service.
- Fulfilment: delivery address, phone, tray contents, and chosen payment path.
- Support threads sent via sky notes, Track, or email to APEXTRADERS750@GMAIL.COM.
- Session diagnostics needed to keep checkout safe and to debug errors.
How the record is used
We verify vaults, pack and ship seed orders, send dispatch updates, resolve claims, and prevent abuse. Payment and courier processors receive only what their role requires.
How long we keep it
Order and vault records stay as long as law, accounts, and open support threads require. Ask APEXTRADERS750@GMAIL.COM if you want a vault closed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to law and unfinished fulfilment.
