How do I track a seed order?
Use order number and email on Track.
Can I cancel?
Open the order status page and file a note before packing. After courier hand-off, use the claim path.
When is confirmation sent?
Immediately after checkout. Prepaid orders continue to the payment gateway.

Packet care

How are seeds packed?
Moisture-barrier pouches inside cartons, with extra inner wrap for fine seed.
Damaged or wrong packet?
Report within 24 hours with photographs. See packet integrity.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, subject to courier coverage. Read the azimuth dispatch note.

Settlement

Which payments are accepted?
UPI / online and Cash on Delivery where eligible. Prepaid seed orders ship free.
COD fee?
₹49 on eligible COD orders.
